The Heart Behind Ozusi

For more than 20 years, Mila Lazo has been sharing her love for natural crafts with the world. Born in Lima, Peru but raised in Cuzco among farmers, crafters, and healers, Mila grew up watching the magic of handmade artistry. When she came to the U.S. in the 90s, her passion for beads and accessories quickly made her a favorite among craft lovers.

“Ozusi” means daughter in Quechua, the language of the Andes – a name chosen to honor her heritage and her family’s traditions. Each piece you find here reflects that same spirit of creativity, culture, and care.
